Let’s dig a little deeper

Make your dream home possible with loans up to $850,000.
As Portland area housing costs continue to rise, homes have become out of reach for many local residents. The conforming loan limit (set by set by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) is now below the cost of many single family homes for sale in the area. The Advantis Jumbo Mortgage provides you with the ability to borrow beyond the conforming limit, from $726,200 up to $850,000 (and even up to $1.5 million on a case by case basis), so you can still make your dream home possible.

We offer a low origination fee, which can add up to big savings.
The origination fee is the amount a lender charges you for their services, and doesn’t include third-party charges. Our low origination fee can potentially add up to thousands of dollars in savings on closing costs for a jumbo mortgage.

Delayed purchase refinancing available.
If you’re in the position to buy your new home with all cash, the Advantis Jumbo Mortgage allows you to qualify for a cash-out refinance after just six months of residency. No need to tie up money indefinitely in your investment!
