Advantis and Rivermark Community Credit Union have signed a merger agreement, with plans to unite in the latter part of 2024. We couldn’t be more excited about bringing together two like-minded credit unions to deliver even greater benefits to our members and our community.
Advantis is proud to make a $2,500 donation to Rose Haven through our Allies for Good Community Giving Program. The NW Portland day shelter and community center serves women, children, and gender non-conforming folks experiencing the trauma of disruptive life challenges. We’re also delighted to sponsor their 11th annual Reigning Roses Walk in May. Watch for further information on how you can get involved.
Advantis is a not-for-profit financial co-op, locally owned by our members. So rather than giving our earnings to corporate stockholders like banks do, we return them to our members in the form of better rates, lower fees, and more free services.
Join us virtually, along with fellow members, our board of directors, and the Advantis leadership team, for insights and information on our 2023 business results. We’ll also provide a progress update on our planned merger with Rivermark. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with connection information from Zoom. Register now.

Note: This will be our traditional Annual Meeting format, and will not include any voting on the planned merger. A separate ballot will be sent to members for voting, likely in the second half of 2024, following regulatory approval.
