PRO TIP: How to make wire transfers with your Advantis accounts

Make incoming and outgoing wire transfers

Advantis offers domestic wire transfers for both consumer and business members. We do not offer outgoing international wire services, although we can receive a wire that you initiate at a foreign financial institution.

Incoming wires

Contact the sending financial institution for specific wire instructions.

To receive a wire, you’ll need to provide this information:

  • Advantis Credit Union address: 14445 Meyers Road, Oregon City, OR 97045
  • Advantis Credit Union ABA/routing number: 323 075 181
  • Your Advantis member number, followed by the 2-digit sub-account number of the receiving account. For example, member #12345 would use 12345-02 for a checking account.

Fees

Consumer membership: Free                     Business membership: $8

Note: Advantis does not have a SWIFT code, which is an international bank's version of our ABA routing number. If the sending institution asks for a SWIFT code, let them know that they may need to send the funds through an intermediary financial institution that can transmit the funds to us.

Outgoing wires

Wire transfers will usually need to be authorized in person at a branch, although there are some exceptions. Call to determine if your wire can be completed by phone.

To send a wire, you will need the following information:

  • Receiving institution name
  • Receiving institution address
  • Receiving institution ABA/routing number
  • Beneficiary name and address
  • Beneficiary account number

Fees

Consumer membership: $18                       Business membership: $20

Note: Advantis cannot process outgoing foreign wires. Incorrect wire instructions will result in the return of the wire transfer request, but the wire transfer fee will still apply.
