Grow: The Advantis Community Fund is a $50,000 grant fund designed to provide nonprofit organizations with grant support of up to $10,000 to address needs and tackle challenges in the community, one project at a time. Since its launch in 2011, our grant fund has contributed over $700,000 to local organizations and funded 79 projects.

Grow awards nonprofit organizations with funding for locally-identified needs, helping those organizations improve the quality of life in our community. Grants of up to $10,000 are awarded for short-term projects that provide long-term benefits.

Guidelines & Eligibility     

Selection timeline and process

The public will be asked to vote online for the projects they feel offer the greatest benefits to our community, helping our selection committee to choose the final projects that will receive funding.

• During the online voting phase, Grow finalists are encouraged to solicit votes from their supporters in order to acquire votes.
• Voting will take place on the Advantis homepage, advantiscu.org.
• Advantis will promote the voting process through our social media channels, and communication to our membership.
• Participants may place one vote every 24 hours.
  

Grant recipients will be notified by phone and an announcement will be made on the Advantis Facebook page and website.

Finalists

Advantis will provide an additional $10,000 in donations split amongst the finalists who participated in the voting phase but do not receive a Grow Grant. All finalists that do not receive a grant as a result of voting will be notified and will receive an equal share of the additional $10,000 donation pool.
