Thank you for your patience while we’ve been working to improve your Bill Pay experience. You shared your feedback; we listened and took action. We’ve made some exciting enhancements to make it faster and easier to manage your bills.
 

WHAT'S NEW?

  • Simplified Navigation – We’ve streamlined your Bill Pay tabs and made it easier for you to submit bill payments, manage payees, and manage eBills.
  • Printable Confirmations – After you submit your payment, you can now print a copy of the confirmation window.
  • New Bill Pay Dashboard – See it all in one place! Quick, Classic, and Payee tabs have been consolidated to one Bill Pay Dashboard.
    • Payee Account Numbers Now Visible – See the last 4 digits of your payee account numbers, so you can easily tell them apart. For account security, the full account number is hidden.
    • eBill Details, Front and Center – See a current eBill status and due date for each applicable payee, so you can quickly and easily tell which bills are outstanding.
    • Recent and Upcoming Activity – View your 5 most recent and upcoming payments for a holistic view of your bill payment activity. Member Tested,

  • Member Approved – Members like you have thoroughly tested these enhancements to ensure it’s easier than ever to pay your bills.
What’s up next? We listen to member feedback and are continually working to bring you the features you need and want. For example, some members have asked for the ability to group and save payees into lists. We are working on this feature and will provide updates as they become available.
 

WHAT'S NOT CHANGING?

  • Your payees, payments, and accounts are not changing – You don’t need to do anything. Just sit back and enjoy a better Bill Pay!
  • Your saved payees will stay the same.
  • There will be NO interruption to your scheduled payments – Your bills will be sent according to schedule.
  • Your payment accounts will remain connected – You will NOT need to re-sync payment accounts.
