To say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Advantis Member Advisor Molly M. would be an understatement. After trying to access my IRA accounts with no success, I called Advantis customer service and was privileged to talk to Molly M. She was kind and respectful and let me rant a bit as she methodically worked on resolving my problem. Bottom line is that the problem (which was a strange one involving IRA accounts with the same email address) was resolved due to Molly's tenacious attitude to find the answer. What a gem!

I just wana say that Makawana Saechao the Relationship Manager is amazing.
She helped me open my bank account and to apply for my first credit card. I got approved the same day and had my card within the next 3 days. I have to say it's way nicer than Welsfargo. I'm very happy with my decision!

We recently closed on a home and I worked with Ruby for our mortgage needs. She shared products/portfolio that worked for ur needs and was extremely responsible to our questions through the journey. In her communication, she outlined what was needed by when and their online tools makes it easy to upload docs in a secure manner. We closed our home on time and grateful to her team for all their time and help. I would highly recommend giving her a call when shopping for mortgage rates.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Apparently cash is no longer an acceptable form of payment. Don't waste your time here.

I've been a member of Advantis for well over a decade, and they've always been amazing! when I moved out of state, they have made it very easy to continue with them. Most recently, Dusty Nevett made purchasing a new car seamless and painless! I highly recommend them!

Ruby Manihani was a wonderful Mortgage Loan Officer who worked with us as we purchased our first home. She was kind, responsive, informative, and professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of such services.

I am delighted after recently working with Ruby (and Stephanie) to close a home. I've been working with them for almost a year, and there are a couple of ups and downs scenarios because of the market situation. But Ruby was so nice to help me to get through the situations and never pushed for going forward (e.g., locking the rate). She advised what could be the best/worst situations, but never did anything that might intimidate/over-encourage us. She had been helpful all throughout the process, replied to each and every question instantly, maintained good communication, and explained every detail of the mortgage process.
I couldn't ask for more from Advantis and Ruby. Thank you!!!

Open an account on Friday March 31 went to the store for groceries and my debit card declined. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Downloaded the app couldn't make it pass sign the agreement just wouldn't let me. Called card services the next day only for them to tell me I was over my limit which is impossible considering I just made a deposit and never had access to my funds. When entering my member info I don't exist. Now I have to wait until Monday to hopefully resolve this issue meanwhile I had to borrow money for food and my bills will be late which will generate late fees hope I can get my rent in on time

I've been a happy customer for about twenty years and after recent events will never leave Advantis. Last week Tom Shepherd from Advantis called suspecting foul play. Sure enough someone tried to change our phone number so Tom called me. Phew! Walked me through changing our account numbers, getting new checks and the steps I needed to take to change my auto drafts and bill pay. Then, he sent me (!) a thank you for letting him help me. Days later Joshua calls because someone went into a branch and tried to cash a check with our old account number. Thieves foiled again thanks to Advantis team members. Excellent service, kind and friendly team members, terrific products. Highly recommend Advantis Credit Union.
