Get Started with Online Bill Pay

Log into your online banking account, click on “Bill Payment,” and complete the simple online application form. Advantis will email you within three business days. When you receive an approval and activation email, you are ready to begin using online bill pay!

Bill Pay FAQs

How do I register for online Bill Pay?
You may register for online Bill Pay by logging into your Online Banking account and clicking on the "Bill Payment" button. First, you will be requested to read and accept Advantis Credit Union's authorization disclosure. Failure to accept the disclosure terms prevents the registration process from proceeding. After the disclosure is agreed to, complete the online registration form. After submission, the registration form is electronically forwarded to Advantis Credit Union for review. Advantis Credit Union will review your request and send you an email notifying you of your approval/denial within three business days.

When can I start using online Bill Pay?
After enrolling for online Bill Pay you will first receive an approval email. Once your account has been enabled, you will receive an activation email indicating that you may log on to your Internet Banking session and begin using online Bill Pay.

Which bills can I pay with the online Bill Pay service?
Anyone, from your daycare to your cable bill, in the United States and territories who can accept a check, with the exception of tax payments (such as federal, state and local), court-directed payments (such as alimony and child support) and any other government related payments.

How many days does it take for a payment to reach my payee?
The payee will receive your payment within three (3) banking business days for an electronic payee and five (5) banking business days if the payee is paid by check.

When will the funds be taken from my account?
Funds will be taken from your account 2-3 days after your scheduled payment date. In your Account History, the date that your account is debited is NOT the date your bill was paid.

How far back can I view my payment history?
At least six months of payment history can be viewed online. The online Bill Pay processor maintains payment history for up to seven years.

Can I change/cancel a payment before it is sent?
A payment may be edited or deleted anytime before the payment is processed.

How do I cancel a payment that has already been processed?
For stop payment requests initiated after processing, you must contact the online Bill Pay processor Customer Support. Stop payments cannot be placed on electronic payments once they have been sent.
