Lost or Stolen Credit Card

Losing or having ATM or VISA cards stolen can be traumatic if you're not prepared. We have created this checklist to let you know what to do if such an unfortunate event happens to you.

Report Your Cards as Lost or Stolen Anytime Online

You can report your cards as lost or stolen online by logging on to www.reportmycards.com. You will be asked to enter your card number, or other personal information if you do not know your card number. This will immediately block all your cards and prevent them from being used by anyone else.

If your loss is discovered AFTER business hours, please follow the instructions below:

  • Advantis Credit Cards (after hours) call 800-682-6075

  • Advantis ATM Cards call 800-547-5532 or 503-785-2528

If your loss is discovered DURING business hours, please follow the instructions below:

  • Call Advantis at 503-785-2528 x2154 or 800-547-5532 x2154, 9:00am-5:30pm, M, W, Th; 10:00am-5:30pm, T; 9:00am-6:00pm, F; to notify us.
  • Your card will be blocked to deny access through ATMs or electronic merchants. We can order a replacement card for you at this time.

ATM Cards: Call 503-785-2528 x2154 or email Advantis. We will contact you the next business day.

All VISA cards on the account will be blocked. When you call Advantis the next business day, we will order a new set of cards for you (we cannot release blocks on “good” cards when dealing with VISA cards).

You should call your local police department and report your loss.  Record the case number of your report, as well as the name of the officer taking the report. We may ask you for this information.
