Losing or having ATM or VISA cards stolen can be traumatic if you're not prepared. We have created this checklist to let you know what to do if such an unfortunate event happens to you.
You can report your cards as lost or stolen online by logging on to www.reportmycards.com. You will be asked to enter your card number, or other personal information if you do not know your card number. This will immediately block all your cards and prevent them from being used by anyone else.

ATM Cards: Call 503-785-2528 x2154 or email Advantis. We will contact you the next business day.
All VISA cards on the account will be blocked. When you call Advantis the next business day, we will order a new set of cards for you (we cannot release blocks on “good” cards when dealing with VISA cards).
You should call your local police department and report your loss. Record the case number of your report, as well as the name of the officer taking the report. We may ask you for this information.
