Javier is one of the best tellers I have ever had the pleasure to talk too. It was my first time at this branch, and he made the whole process so easy and fast. He was able to answer all my questions and talk me through the whole process. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and left satisfied. If I could give him more stars, I would.

Today I met with Monifa (who came over from the downtown office) to set up my first checking and savings accounts with Advantis Credit Union. She was very helpful and made the whole process very smooth! Everyone else I dealt with at this location were very friendly as well.

5 star review alone for the customer service I received from Monique. She was so thorough in explaining everything and always answered the questions I had. She responded to me within the hour and never left me hanging. She's great!

Wow. Great experience getting a mortgage from Advantis! Mortgage Broker Ruby and her team did a stellar job. Very efficient and timely closing. Ruby was very responsive and always available.
